- When an order is placed and paid, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Your order will be sent to the address given when placing the order. Orders are processed and sent out within 2 business days, ie. Monday through Friday. Orders within Sweden are sent with Posten AB (Swedish Post). International orders are in most cases sent with UPS.
- Delivery times may vary and depend on destination.
- Normal delivery times:
Sweden: 2 - 4 business days
Europe: 3 - 7 business days
International: 4 - 10 business days

- Privacy & Security
- We respect and value your privacy and integrity. Hence, no personal information given will be sold, given or transferred in any way to a third party. However, by using this site you give Uniforms for the Dedicated your consent and the right to use your information internally and for marketing purposes. You have the right to take part of the registered information about you, upon request. If the information should be found to be incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, you have the right to demand that the information is corrected or deleted.
- All payments are handled over secure connections with our PSP. No credit card information is passed or handled on our servers. This information is entered on secure pages hosted by our Payment Service Provider, DIBS.
- Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- If you for any reason would like to return or replace a purchased item, you need to contact us through our contact form within 7 days from delivery (14 days within Sweden).
- For a full refund excluding shipping charges, items must be in their original condition, un-used, with all labels and tags attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of returns, all shipping costs are paid by the customer. Unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or there there has been some other mistake by our account.
- We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.
- If your package is damaged when being delivered, you need to report this to the courier on sight.
- Ordering
- An order is placed by adding an item to the cart and then proceeding with the checkout process. Once the checkout process is complete, the browser will redirect the customer to a secure page for payment.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All payments are handled over secure connections with our PSP. No credit card information is passing or handled on our servers, but only our Payment Service Provider, DIBS.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without further notice. The prices shown are the current prices. Prices include 25% VAT if you have the region set to "EU" as in European Union. If region is set to "Outside EU", prices are without VAT.
- If you are ordering from outside the EU, your order may be subject to VAT, Value added tax, and/or other taxes and fees. Uniforms for the Dedicated can not in any way control this or be held responsible or accountable for additional costs like this.
